Welcome to ClassTutorLab (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using our website, you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.

1. About ClassTutorLab

ClassTutorLab is a platform operated by PE Olha Klepinina, registered in Ukraine. Address:

ClassTutorLab connects users with independent tutors based on subject area and task type. We act solely as a facilitator. Tutors provide educational guidance, while ClassTutorLab is not responsible for the content quality of their work.


2. User Responsibilities

By using ClassTutorLab, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests.
  • Avoid requesting services that violate ethical or academic standards.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and refrain from sharing your account.
  • Use our platform solely for legitimate educational purposes.

3. Services

3.1. Nature of Services

ClassTutorLab connects you with independent tutors who may:

  • Explain academic concepts to support learning.
  • Offer language and formatting suggestions.
  • Help with citation style adherence (e.g., APA, MLA).

All services are intended for educational use and must comply with your institution’s policies.

3.2. Service Timeline

Schedules for tutor services are agreed upon prior to payment. Delivery times depend on:

  • Service type (e.g., brief guidance vs. full task support).
  • Complexity and scope of the assignment.
  • Tutor availability at the time of your request.

If delays occur, we will notify you and propose a revised timeline. Your explicit consent is required to proceed with any updated schedule.

3.3. Delivery Channels

Tutoring services are delivered via:

  • Mutually agreed communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • Email provided at registration.
  • Secure file-sharing links (Google Drive, Dropbox) if needed.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Review tutor guidance to enhance learning.
  • Communicate with tutors for educational purposes.
  • Reference formatting and citation examples for study purposes.

You may not:

  • Submit the result of your collaboration with your tutor as your own.
  • Sell, share, or distribute materials publicly.
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

4.2. Ownership

All materials created or edited by tutors remain the property of ClassTutorLab unless explicitly agreed in writing. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning.

4.3. Violations

Unauthorized use of ClassTutorLab materials may result in:

  • Legal action for copyright infringement.
  • Reporting to academic institutions if required by law.

5. Age Restriction

Users must be 18 years or older to use ClassTutorLab. By registering or requesting services, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

If a user under 18 accesses the platform, we will suspend the account, delete associated data, and decline any service requests.


6. Payments

6.1. Methods

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

6.2. Pricing

All prices are in USD and clearly stated before payment. Any changes affecting cost require your approval.

6.3. Payment Requirement

Services must be paid in full before tutor work begins.

6.4. Invoices

Payment receipts and service invoices are sent via email. Custom invoices are available upon request.


7. Refund Policy

7.1. Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Services do not meet agreed specifications.
  • Technical or duplicate payment issues occur.
  • Services are not delivered on time and revised deadlines were not approved.

7.3. Submission Window

Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of service delivery. Late requests are not eligible.

7.4. Review

Refunds are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Refunds are not granted if:

  • Instructions provided were incomplete.
  • Issues were reported after the designated period.

7.5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7.6. Escalation

Disputes over refunds can be submitted by replying with the subject line “Escalation Request”. A final review will be conducted.


8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Right to Modify

ClassTutorLab may update these Terms at any time. Updates reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

8.2. Notification

Significant changes will be indicated on the website, with an updated Effective Date.

8.3. Acceptance

Continued use of ClassTutorLab after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the platform.


9. Third-Party Services

ClassTutorLab uses third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Email services (Google Workspace, Mailchimp)
  • Cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics)

These providers operate under their own terms. Your data is shared only to fulfill platform operations and is never sold.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10.2. Resolution

Users should attempt informal resolution via our support team. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through:

  • Small Claims Court, within relevant monetary limits.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediation or arbitration), if agreed.

10.3. Venue

Proceedings will occur in a U.S. jurisdiction appropriate to the user’s location.
